A Ritual To Mark A New You

As we go through life, we grow and change. There are times where we love the person we are, and there are also times where we reflect and don't like the person we have become. We strive to recognise our flaws and improve on ourselves. There may come a time when you decide you need a major overhaul (I know I have). Old habits don't serve you anymore and hold you back, and sometimes you need to do 'something' to really embed this change, and establish the 'New You'.
